Leslie was recently invited by 4Culture, the cultural services agency for King County, Washington, to join 22 other new artists and ensembles as part of the 2009 edition of the Touring Arts Roster. Her original score for the silent classic PETER PAN and performed live on three harps with film screenings joins contemporary Chinese percussion, traditional Croatian dance, improvisational theater and vintage 1920's jazz in a juried directory showcasing some of the region's most diverse and talented artists and ensembles available for touring. The roster is distributed as a free community resource to over 500 regional presenting organizations, local arts agencies, commercial venues, convention and travel industry insiders, schools, libraries, festival coordinators, party, meeting and event planners and other public and private presenters. The 2009 edition will boast over 100 artists and ensembles representing a diverse range of performing disciplines and genres and be available this winter.

On April 6th, 20 of Leslie's harp students plucked "From Bach to Rock." We earned more than $1100 for YouthCare, Seattle's oldest and largest homeless youth advocacy organization!
